  • Is there a free trial?
    • No. With our extremely low pricing starting at $6.97 and our 7-day money-back guarantee, you already have no risk if you are not happy with our service. Therefore, we do not provide a free trial.

  • How do I cancel or ask for a refund?
    • Inside the members area there are several locations to cancel your account and stop the automatic month-to-month billing. If you need a refund just submit a help desk ticket also inside the members area and you will get a refund processed within 72 hours.

  • Do you provide receipts/invoices with VAT info?
    • Yes. We provide receipt/invoices. You can add your VAT info in the members area by editing your “profile” and adding that info which will then be displayed on your receipt/invoice.

  • Do you have multiple member team login?
    • No. But we do provide a JSON API for results so you could use that to give other team members access to the data.

  • Do you accept PayPal?
    • No. We plan on providing support for PayPal in the future.

  • Which sites do you monitor?
    • The entire web plus social networks.

  • What is this charge on my credit card?
    • Your statement will reflect either “Surf Software” or “Surf Soft” in Wyoming. This is our parent brand name.
